Alongside its production and business activities, the Group has always recognized that scientific work — including scientific research and technological innovation aimed at developing new products — is an essential requirement for strengthening competitiveness, bringing more scientific and technical advances into production, and contributing to sustainable development.
Over the years, the Group has consistently supported science and technology activities and allocated a significant portion of its budget to them, participating in research topics and projects in agriculture and other sectors, and has achieved a number of notable accomplishments.
The Group coordinates with domestic science and technology organizations through research and technology-transfer contracts, and co-participates in science and technology projects and topics. It also maintains relationships and cooperation with numerous science and technology organizations and enterprises across the region and around the world — including the United States, the Netherlands, Singapore, India, France, and Thailand — to exchange information and jointly carry out projects, research topics, and commercial partnerships.
Recognizing that scientific activity is essential, and in order to integrate into the global economy, Namviet Investment and Development Group established the Nam Viet Research and Technology Application Center. The Center was founded to improve economic efficiency and feed quality, and to strengthen the competitiveness of livestock farmers and feed mills by applying the latest technologies.
The Center collaborates with leading professors and doctors specializing in biotechnology in Vietnam and is equipped with the most modern facilities to support scientific research activities. The Center is building a laboratory that meets the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.

With the following functions and duties:
– Researching and manufacturing biotechnology products for animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, and aquaculture. Organizing the production, business, and commercialization of products related to the field of biotechnology.
– Analyzing microbiological indicators for the Group and samples requested by other units.
– Implementing research projects and topics, scientific and technical development tasks, and technology transfer.
– Conducting basic and applied research on scientific topics related to the field of biotechnology.
– Cooperating with a number of universities to provide skills training in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, and biotechnology for undergraduate and graduate students.
